What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the house you're interested in, your group size, move-in month, lease length, how you heard about us and your message. The form also sends the page you first landed on, the website that sent you here (if any) and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to manage rentals at our houses. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else for their own use.

Services we use

Enquiries are delivered through Formspree, a form service, which also keeps a copy of each submission. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Formspree and Google may store information outside Canada.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, contact us using the enquiry form on any house page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply to you and for our rental records.
